Install Delo in your Slack workspace. During onboarding, choose one default channel where Delo should be added first.
Invite Delo where he should work
After installation, add Delo to any Slack channels where you want him available for marketing work.
Use direct messages when enabled
If direct messages are enabled for your workspace, teammates can message Delo directly in Slack.
Tag Delo in channels
Delo does not automatically join every channel conversation. Mention @Delo when you want him to respond.
Keep the reply in a thread
When Delo is mentioned in a channel, he replies in a thread. After that, the thread can continue without another tag.
Bring Delo into an existing thread
Mention @Delo inside an existing Slack thread and he joins that conversation from there.

How do we install Delo in Slack?

What happens after Delo is installed?
Slack returns you to Delegento, where a confirmation page sends you to agent setup. From there you choose Delo's working context, channels, and approved tool connections.
What is the default Slack channel for?
